Fried Perch Wrap

Lake Erie yellow perch, hand breaded and fried to golden brown. Layered in a tortilla with dill pickles, red onion, aioli and greens, wrapped and lightly grilled.

Served with fresh cut fries, so switch it up for salad or a bowl of homemade soup: Split Pea and Pork or Manhattan Style Fish Chowder.
